The "NFT Korea Festival 2023," co-hosted by The Moon Labs, which runs the NFT marketplace Playnom, and Super Chief Gallery of the United States, opened at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) on the 7th. From the first day of the opening, numerous industry officials and general visitors visited the venue, watched exhibitions of global NFT art artists, and enjoyed the festival by attending conferences.

With the opening of the "NFT Korea Festival 2023" event, all 92 NFT works, which began selling at 11 a.m. on the 7th, were sold out in about an hour, confirming the public's keen interest in NFT.

The total sales of 92 NFT works were 1,402,504LM (about 540 million won), and Dave Krugman's "SOUL OF THE CITY," which was sold at the highest price, was sold for 198,506LM (about 76 million won).

At the opening ceremony on the first day, congratulatory videos of Yoon Chang-hyun, chairman of the People's Power Digital Asset Special Committee, and Incheon Mayor Yoo Jung-bok were screened, and Easter Egg, an NFT work hidden from unconventional purchase subsidies, was released.

The NFT art exhibition, the main event, featured works by Dave Krugman, which was sold at the highest price, as well as works by a total of 120 famous NFT artists at home and abroad, including Lightfeet, Shavonne Wong, Sutu, and Sandbang. The exhibition through a new display that allows you to directly feel and experience the characteristics of NFT Art alone, including an 8-meter-high super-sized monolith, drew attention.

Leading figures in the global Web 3.0 industry, including JR Walker, director of Sony Music, and Alex of USDC publisher Circle, dollar-linked stablecoin, participated as speakers to discuss NFT and Web 3.0 issues.

The event was sponsored by BNB Chain of Binance, a global No. 1 virtual asset exchange, Ledger, a hardware cryptocurrency wallet company, Foundation, an NFT exchange specializing in digital art, and Finger Labs, IoTrust, W3B, etc.

An official from The Moon Labs said, "We appreciate the interest above your expectations for this event," adding, "In the future, we will establish ourselves as a representative NFT festival that shares visions and insights about the present and future of NFT."
