NeoValue is challenging to preoccupy the offline NFT market and introduce a new NFT ecosystem by implementing a dedicated offline space for NFT-related content, companies, and operators. Roof Station Seoul Forest will be built near Seoul Forest Station in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. With a size of about 5,153 pyeong, it is a building with 6 basement floors to 11 ground floors. It will be an office space, a variety of lifestyle experience spaces such as retail and F&B. Recently, the entry of "Dusugobang," run by Buddhist monk Jeonggwan, the master of temple food, has also been confirmed. Roof Station Seoul Forest is set to open in September next year.
Roof Station Connect is located near Seongsu Station. It will serve as a digital media platform that connects online and offline, companies and individuals through NFT. It plans to propose a variety of customer experiences regardless of genre through a media space specialized in NFT. It also builds a system to collect and analyze data in space. The goal is to show various NFT exhibitions so that new investors can flow in, breaking away from the existing NFT culture, which was the exclusive property of a small number of people.
NeoValue is currently recruiting partners such as NFT creators, planners, and startups to move into shared offices. NFT affiliates who have moved into the shared office can gather to build various networking, and services such as periodic incubation programs with venture capital (VC) and NFT membership can be used.
