Cat painter Kyungmi Lee's recent representative work 'Nana Astro' will be presented as a new concept non-fungible token (NFT) that combines real and digital works.

On the 13th, Studio Ki revealed that the artist Lee Kyung-mi's 'Nana Astro' CVR (Combine Virtualism with Reality) NFT will be showcased for the first time at the street art fair 'Urban Break 2022' to be held on the 21st.

CVR NFT has the meaning of “combining” the virtual and the real. If the NFT art that has been shown previously meant only works in the form of digital art, CVR NFT goes one step further and means a combination form that allows you to own not only digital works but also physical prints of the same form. In the meantime, it is an explanation that NFT art buyers have devised a new method of “communication-type NFT art” that puts the buyer’s satisfaction first, focusing on the fact that they are disappointed that they cannot own the work in real form.

'Nana Astro' CVR NFT is an NFT of artist Kyungmi Lee's pop art work of the same name, which has newly attracted attention as an art collaboration for Shinsegae Food's No-Brand Burger exclusive drink with the recent exhibition, led by the studio's talent. It is noteworthy that the NFT, which is composed of not only digital works but also physical prints, not only proves the authenticity of the work, but also increases the value of the collection.

Studioki is a complex cultural space and gallery established by art director and creator Lee Kwang-ki, and steadily and diversely presents the works of talented artists representing Korea. In particular, it is attracting attention for its innovative idea planning, such as a live auction show to vitalize art distribution and discover potential collectors, and continues activities to communicate with visitors.
