Maeil Business TV is the first Korean media company to launch a large-scale art marketplace in AK&Hongdae, 'HEY! NFT' was opened.
For this exhibition, Maeil Business TV went through several months of discussion and work with Jelly Space, a blockchain promoter, and iLab Museum, a media art company.
On the 12th, an opening ceremony will be held with about 50 people in attendance, including Song Sang-yeop, CEO of Hancom With, Go Joon, CEO of Aekyung Group, figures related to the blockchain industry, and agricultural metaverse officials.
On the 3rd floor of AK&Hongdae, the largest scale in Korea of 710㎡ (215 pyeong), an offline marketplace combining non-fungible token (NFT) art exhibition, purchase, and communication has been decorated.
A media art exhibition hall will also be opened to make it a favorite spot for young people, including the MZ generation.
Starting with the two-week opening exhibition, this exhibition will continue to showcase various NFT art works with different themes, artists, and works.
In the opening exhibition, the camel series by artist and artist Yoon Song-ah, who attracted the attention of the art world by winning the auction for 'Dream of a Camel' at 100 million won at the 'NFT Busan 2021' auction last year, will be presented. Last year, some of the NFT art 'Chinchilla Masterpiece Series' were sold out to Chinese collectors, and works by Hwang Jeong-bin, who drew attention, will also be exhibited.
