It has the advantage of being able to trade securities like the Korea Exchange. It is a highly stable platform as the Korea Securities Depository, securities companies, and trust companies work together. Owners can also receive monthly rental income as dividends. In addition, the sale of the building is carried out through the owner's vote, and the capital gains are divided according to the stake. In the case of ownership, it can be traded per share like stocks, so it has the advantage of being quicker to cash out than other platforms.
