Trader Non-Replaceable Token (NFT) Platform Stat (STAT) has unveiled its 2023 roadmap. It plans to expand usability by rebranding existing top trader NFT cards, and introduce an incineration mechanism in the second half of the year.
On the 24th, Stat released its 2023 roadmap and said, "We are voting to ask the holder's opinion on the rebranding of the top trader NFT card by the end of March," adding, "The main goal is to create a new top trader card as a stat trader card."
Earlier, Stat released 'Top Trader NFT Drops' on July 1 along with Bloomingbit. This is a service that issues NFTs that can check the portfolio and sales history of excellent traders in real time and supports auction. At the first auction in July last year, five traders issued 50 NFTs each, and a total of 250 NFTs were sold out.
Stat plans to completely reorganize the purchase method by rebranding the top trader card as a stat trader card.
Previously, you had to participate in the auction with Clayton to purchase the Top Trader Card (NFT), but once the rebranding is completed, you will be able to buy the NFT with the stat token at a fixed price (1,000 stat). It also planned to incinerate 50% of NFT sales on the 1st of every month to manage distribution volume. A "graduation" system will also be operated to recruit a large number of high-quality traders while cleaning up sluggish traders.
Stat added, "If the rebranding of the trader card is confirmed as a result of the holder's vote, we plan to compensate the existing NFT holder 100% with cryptocurrency as much as the final bid price (the highest price) for the minting auction."
In the second quarter, it plans to publish a new white paper reflecting the results of the trader card rebranding vote and install 'Stat Live', a voice news breaking service, on Hankyung Media Group's virtual asset investment information platform 'Blooming Bit'.
In the third quarter, it was decided to unveil a stat trader card rebranded on Bloomingbit 2.0 and introduce a stat token incineration mechanism. It plans to start developing a 'Stat Home Trading System' for professional cryptocurrency traders in the fourth quarter.
"We will continue to launch various services for traders and continue to strengthen the utility by incorporating STAT tokens into them," said Park Joo-hwan, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Stat. He also said, "We plan to continue to promote collaboration with various partners."
