Playnom hosts auction for world-famous 3D artist NFT works

NFT marketplace Playnom announced on the 30th that it will hold an NFT auction as a pre-event for the "NFT Korea Festival" to be held at DDP from March 7 to 8.
At this NFT auction, works by "Equinoz," a 3D artist belonging to the Superchief Gallery in the U.S., will be sold, and will be held for eight days from the 31st to February 7th.
Equinoz is an NFT writer who creates a unique and avant-garde 3D visual based on his unique imagination of the future. Under the theme of Visible Future, it presents works that express the future one dreams of with bold colors and surreal and delicate details. He is a world-renowned NFT artist who also sells works on NFT platforms such as Super Rare and OpenC, and is active in various fields such as games, commercial video, music, and fashion brands.
The NFT, which will be introduced in this auction, will be released simultaneously with the auction as a 3D art work called "Cybernetics" in a surrealist style unique to Equinoz.
A total of three NFT Auctions, which have been in progress since December last year at Playnom, are scheduled. In the first auction, Shavonne Wong's "Light in the Shadow" was sold at the final price of 65,800 LM (about 26,776, about KRW 33,93 million). Following the sale of the Equinose Auction, an auction of works by Davey Perkins will be held in February. These are all artists from the Super Chief Gallery, and their works will also be displayed at the NFT Korea Festival in March next year.
A Playnom official said, "After the successful completion of the Xibon Wong Auction in December last year, we expect good results in this Equinose Auction," adding, "We will take a step closer to the goal of establishing Playnom as a hub of the global NFT ecosystem by successfully holding the pre-event NFT Auction and the main event in March."
