Lotte Home Shopping sold all 9,500 NFTs, which linked membership benefits to its character "Belliegom" intellectual property rights (IP), from the 17th to the 18th of last month. On the same day, it ranked first in Korea and 16th in global transaction amount among cryptocurrency Clayton's affiliates on the NFT exchange 'Open Sea'.

Lotte Home Shopping analyzed, "The MZ generation (born in the early 1980s and early 2000s) are highly interested in NFT, and Bellygom's fandom has 1.2 million social media subscribers and practical benefits from the group's affiliates."
The NFT rating is divided into six levels. Lotte Signiel accommodation tickets will be provided to the top-rated "Belly" holder.

Advertising firm launches NFT mobile gift certificate
Advertising companies are also entering the NFT business one after another. Cheil Worldwide, an advertising affiliate of Samsung Group, signed a business agreement for brand NFT business with Cypherly, an overseas NFT exchange of Dunamu subsidiary, last month. Cheil Worldwide plans and produces NFTs of advertiser brands, and Cypherly develops and operates NFTs according to its own platform.

Lotte Group affiliate Daehong Planning launched a mobile gift certificate based on NFT last month. Only the owner can check the barcode of the mobile gift certificate, and the barcode is automatically covered when using it, allowing intuitively checking whether the gift certificate is used. Daehong plans to carry out NFT projects in the areas of ticket, membership, subscription rights, and luxury certification.
