Dunamu, operator of Upbit, a virtual asset (cryptocurrency) exchange, announced on the 27th that it has unveiled the 2nd lineup of global speakers for the Upbit Developer Conference (UDC) 2022.
UDC 2022, which will be held offline for the first time in three years, will be held on September 22nd and 23rd at the Busan Port International Exhibition and Convention Center (BPEX) under the theme of 'Imagine your Blockchain Life'.
Dunamu unveiled an additional 22 speakers following the first lineup of 14 speakers announced in June. A total of 50 speakers will attend this year's UDC, and Dunamu plans to release the speakers sequentially by the end of August.
In the second speaker lineup, a large number of experts representing the overall industry, such as metabus, non-fungible tokens (NFT), web 3.0, and smart contracts, were named.

The newly unveiled speakers include △Mel McCann, Head of Development of Cardano (ADA) △Justin Sun, Founder of TRON △Marvin Janssen Tech Lead of Stacks (STX), a mainnet platform using the Bitcoin network △Decentralization Jason Brink Blockchain Business Head of Game Platform Gala Games △ Brian Pellegrino CEO and Co-Founder of LayerZero Labs △ Scott Siegel Chief Operating Officer of Helium (HNT) △ Project Galaxy Harry Zhang co-founder and project lead △Solana (SOL)’s Mat Sog Product and partner development lead were included.
Dunamu also provides an offline exhibition space for companies at BPEX during the UDC period to expand the blockchain ecosystem. Companies operating in the blockchain business can promote their services in the on-site exhibition space. Participation fee is free.
Companies wishing to participate can apply through the UDC official website from the 27th of July to the 17th of August. The final participating companies will be informed individually in August after undergoing an internal review of Dunamu.
Dunamu also opened standard registration to participate in UDC 2022 at a maximum 25% discount through its official website on the same day.
An official from Dunamu said, "As blind ticket registration in May closed early in a week, and the status of Korea's representative blockchain conference was confirmed, it is better to hurry up with standard registration, which is sold on a first-come, first-served basis." It will be a meaningful place to share rich insights on technology with stakeholders and take a leap into the future with the infinite possibilities of blockchain.”
