[Sports Seoul | [Reporter Lee Hwan-beom] Korea NFT Certificate Authority (KNCA) proceeds with free NFT registration and certification support to vitalize the NFT ecosystem.

From the 1st of the new month, KNCA receives applications for applications through its website and selects a total of 30 candidates through an internal expert committee's review. You can apply for support for everything from real assets to digital assets, from digital art to traditional art, popular culture and art, and game items. If selected for certification support, services such as proof of ownership of the asset, certification of the original digital work, and permanent storage of the asset are provided.

KNCA is the first NFT registry in Korea that opened last month. It helps to transparently manage digital art and game items, which have been difficult to manage copyright and ownership, through blockchain-based NFT technology.

In the case of digital creations, their rarity or value has been diluted with the possibility of infinite reproduction. KNCA has a system that registers the copyright and ownership of digital creations through NFT and allows anyone to view them. In particular, the strength of the service is that it holds NFT registration and certification patents for online as well as offline assets.

This certification support is designed to promote the advantages of NFTs and create an ecosystem where more creations can be protected. The plan is to select 30 people from various fields and conduct NFT certification for free, so that more people can enjoy the strengths of NFT.

In fact, KNCA is taking various initiatives to innovate the field of digital art based on NFTs. Earlier, he also signed an MOU (business agreement) with the Frankie Foundation, which is considered a world-renowned master in the field of digital media art. Author Frankie is currently working as a professional committee member in the field of culture and arts of KNCA.

Kim Seung-il, CEO of KNCA, said, “NFT is an innovative technology that can compensate for the weaknesses of existing digital-based cultural arts, but since it is just being introduced, many do not know how to use it. We planned the certification support to let anyone know that NFTs can be used by anyone and that the value of digital-based creations can be guaranteed through this,” he explained. CEO Kim added, “I hope that this certification support will enable us to secure the value of digital creations in more fields,” adding, “KNCA will accelerate the creation of an ecosystem for transparent and fair management and transactions of creations.”
