Basic Checklist

1) Ownership Verification:

- Direct interview with the owner is required,

- Sign the owner's confirmation;

- Photography, video recording

2) Copyright Verification:

- Interview with copyright holder or submission of handwritten signature confirmation required (confirmation of submitter's guarantee)

3) Confirmation of Existence of Registered Object:

- Required to actual visiting and confirm existence (2 or more on-site visits),

- Photography, video recording

4) Authenticity Evaluation (if it is not your own creation)

- When requesting an authenticity evaluation of a registered object, in principle, after requesting a third party, the authenticity confirmation must be submitted to our company (KNCA).

- Based on the authenticity confirmation submitted to our company, the authenticity is indicated on the blockchain register and certificate along with the name of the evaluation agency.

5) Value(Price) Evaluation

- In principle, the value(price) of the registered object is not evaluated, and the price is formed in the market.

- However, when the client requests a valuation, we request a specialized third appraisal agency for each item, then the appraisal price confirmation is submitted to our company(KNCA), the fact would indicated on the certified copy of the register.
